Land Trust Solutions was formed in 2021 by Ron Odom in response to his need to protect his real estate investing business in the most effective manner.

The use of land trusts is almost nationwide, but very few investors in New Jersey know that much about using Land Trusts as an asset protection instrument.

Ron has taken it upon himself to educate real estate investors in the correct way to create and use Land Trusts and its associated documents to conduct real estate investing behind the cloak of privacy that only a select few know about.
